How much is shipping?

Our standard shipping & handling rates varies depending upon location and carrier you choose at checkout.

UPS Ground and USPS Priority are the shipping carriers provided.

No International Shipping and No shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

When will I receive my products?

For Standard Shipping & Handling, if all products are in stock you will receive your order within 5-14 business days depending on your shipping location. In most case standard shipping orders will arrive within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email within 2 days with your order update and/or tracking number. In some case your order may arrive before receiving an update. All orders placed during the weekdays (Monday - Friday) before 1pm will be processed the same day. Orders placed on weekdays after 1p, will be processed the following weekday. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will not be processed until Monday morning 8am.

If product(s) are not in-stock, order may be shipped in parts, no extra cost to you. For any reason products will be unavailable for more than 7days, you will be notified of the back order.

Products do not ship from our retail location, but ships discreetly and directly from manufacture or distributor. We do our best to ship out all available stock asap. *All products that are online may not be sold in our retail location. As well we carry products in our retail location that are not sold online. You are welcome to call our retail location to check on a specific product availability and price. 202.664.1476.

Shipping Restrictions Certain states have restrictions on possession of adult products. You are responsible to find out any local laws that this restriction applies to. Please check local laws for such restrictions.

We will not be liable for packages shipped to a AFO, FPO & PO Box. Theses packages can not be insured.

Discreet Shipping

We recognize that most of our customers want to maintain their privacy when ordering adult products. For that reason all orders are shipped discreetly in either plain brown or white boxes. There will be no indication of the contents in the package. Our company name is not placed on the label or packaging.

Exchange Policy Only - No Refunds

If we were to take back vibrators, dildos or any products for that matter that will come in contact with another persons bodily fluid, we would tell you not to buy from us. For your safety and due to public health regulations we cannot accept any returns unless they are:

1. Mechanically Defective. Does not work coming out of the package. You have read the instructions on how to operate and have ensured it is being properly operated. You can give us a call if you are not sure on how to operate the product (202)664-1476. If the product stops working for any reason within 14 days of purchase, we will exchange the product for the exact same product.  After the 14 days on 'select products' you have an extended warranty through the manufacture, but will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

2. Exchange or store credit maybe given for unopened plastic wrapping and/or laminated sealed products – a 25% restocking charge will be assessed for these products and customer is responsible for return shipping cost. If customer return a product that is not plastic sealed (wrapped in a plastic seal or laminated seal), customer will be responsible for shipping cost to receive the item back.

3. No refunds are given on products, but a store credit maybe issued on a case to case basis.  In order to receive a store credit you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your products.  

4. No store credit or exchange will be issued for any gift certificates, books and DVDs. DVDs will only be replaced if they are defective.

** All return products must have a return authorization. ** We reserve the right to refuse any exchanges or returns at our discretion.

How To Obtain An Exchange (Return) Authorization

1. Email us here ([email protected]) with the following information to start the process. 2. Email must contain order number, date of purchase, reason for returning and the name as shown on the billing receipt. Upon receipt of this information an authorization will be emailed bewtween 1-2 business days. 3. Once a decision has been reached to issue any credits, your credit card or any other form of payment will be credited. 4. Any credits to be issued will take place within 14 days of receipt of the returned product. * We reserve the right to determine whether a product is returnable.

Cancellations All cancellations MUST be requested within 8 hours of original date and time of order. In some case your order may be already processed and can not be canceled. Once your order is processed and out for shipping we can not cancel your order.
